Opal is our newest building purpose built for student residences; it is just a 5 minutes walk from the University. With a variety of flat sizes and bedroom styles, this residence will be a popular option for all students, whether first-year, senior, UK-based or international. All rooms have its own shower room with shared kitchen, dining and lunge facilities.
This residence is managed directly by Opal with the lease being with them and not the University.
