There are hundreds of student rooms for you to choose from in Parker House and Lyon Street Terrace. This means discounted rent, and you'll mostly share with Abertay students. 

There are different room types at a range of prices. Parker House is super-close to Abertay - so close you can walk or cycle to classes in less than ten minutes, even if you dawdle.

Lyon Street Terrace is approximately a 15-munute walk, and just seconds away from public transport.

Accommodation applications now open

If you're coming to Abertay University in September 2024 and would like to book Parker House or Lyon Street Terrace, applications are now open.

You must have FIRMLY accepted your offer to study at Abertay before you can apply for accommodation. Priority will be given to students living outside the DD1-DD5 postcode areas.

Priority groups and allocation

New students from outside of the Dundee area (postcodes DD1-5), students with disabilities, and care leavers will be given priority when booking accommodation.

If you are a care leaver or have a disability where you need additional support, please contact our advisory team to discuss your needs before booking your accommodation.

Abertay has no control over room allocation for other groups.

Please note: you must have FIRMLY ACCEPTED your Abertay offer before you can apply for accommodation.
