A competition to design a plaque to commemorate the world’s first Ethical Hacking degree launched here in 2006, the winner of the "First of the Abertay Firsts" Poll in March 2020.
The winner will get a £20 Amazon gift card and your design could be turned into a plaque to be displayed at Abertay University. Download the competition pack here.
Create a hand-drawn or computer generated design that reflects Ethical Hacking or an aspect of it.
Your design needs to fit into a 200mm diameter circle. Please make it slightly smaller - say 190mm - so that it is all visible and doesn't fall off the edge!
There is a ready-made circle in our competition pack for you to print out. But if you don’t have access to a printer, you could draw around a similar sized plate.
Please scan or photograph your entry, and email it with a completed entry form to Archives@abertay.ac.uk. NB: The competition deadline has been extended to 26/06/2020.
If any of our other change-makers inspire you, we're happy to see those designs too. But only designs from Dundee secondary school pupils relating to Ethical Hacking will be considered for the competition.
