Eilidh Fraser

Eilidh is Abertay's Director of People and Organisational Development.

Biography 

As Abertay’s Director of People and Organisational Development, Eilidh is responsible for the strategic leadership of Abertay’s People Services and for taking a lead in the University’s development as an organisation. She is a member of the University’s Executive Group and Senior Management Team.

Before joining Abertay, Eilidh was Deputy Director of HR for the University of Edinburgh and prior to that for Heriot-Watt University. Earlier in her career, she worked for Teesside University and briefly in the NHS, Department for Employment and Scottish Amicable.

Eilidh has an MA in Economics from the University of Edinburgh, a Post-graduate Diploma in HR Management from Napier Polytechnic and a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Association of Executive Coaching. 

Eilidh is currently Treasurer of Universities HR; an Athena Swan Charter panel chair; and a member of the Universities and Colleges Employers’ Association’s (UCEA) Health and Safety Committees.
