Marie-Claire Isaaman is a pioneering entrepreneur, consultant, and thought leader in the gaming, tech, and education sectors. As co-director and CEO of Women in Games (WIG), a UK-based not-for-profit organisation, she has dedicated herself to promoting gender equality and diversity in the gaming industry.
Marie-Claire's outstanding contributions have been recognised with numerous awards, including the 2022 Outstanding Achievement Award at the MCV/Develop Women in Games Awards. Her work at WIG also earned accolades in diversity categories at the GamesIndustry.biz Best Places To Work Awards and the TIGA Games Industry Awards. The following year, she was honoured with a Stevie Award for Women in Business.
