Biography

I am a Lecturer in Game Production within the Division of Games and Arts. Before joining Abertay University in 2018 I worked as a producer in the Video Games and CG industries for nearly two decades. During this time, I was lucky enough to work on a variety of both commercially successful and critically acclaimed projects including the first two releases in the LittleBigPlanet franchise. I enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create unique, high-quality content.

My current research interests focus on how procedural rhetoric can be employed in simulations to improve project management outcomes for student teams. I am also a co-investigator on the AHRC funded InGAME International project, which aims to foster closer ties between UK and China-based game developers.
