Our support is delivered through a combination of the Support Enquiry Zone (SEZ - see below), Information Services, the Students' Association and the academic schools.
SEZ is based in the library and is open every day, including weekends. After 5pm weekdays and at weekends, if your enquiry needs referring to specialist support, we may not be able to pass it on until the next working day.
If something concerning has happened to you or someone you know, you can report it (anonymously if you want) using our online reporting tool called 'Tell Us'. If you make a named complaint, we'll ensure you are supported and protected throughout the investigation.
