The Robert Reid Bursary

Overview

Professor Derek Reid established the Robert Reid Award in memory of his late father. The awards have provided over £15,000 of financing to students over the years.

Two one-year bursaries of £1,000 are available to students who have overcome challenges to attend university. 

Eligibility 

You must:

• Have a permanent Scottish address
• Be eligible for the Young Student Bursary from SAAS or over 25 (at the start of the course)
• Be committed to successfully obtain a degree qualification

Closing Date: Friday 15 November 2024
