As an Abertay graduate, you can use the Careers Service for up to three years after you finish your studies.

So if you need some advice about finding a job, help with your CV, or if you're thinking of moving into a new field, contact graduatesuccess@abertay.ac.uk. We're here to help.

Abertay Connect

  • Visit the Careers Centre, full of online career tools and helpful resources for graduates.

  • Graduates First provides practice aptitude tests, games and video interviews for jobseekers. Email graduatesuccess@abertay.ac.uk to request login details.

  • Find out more about temporary paid work available to you via DUTE who offer opportunities to Abertay graduates (alongside those from Dundee Uni).

  • Get support and info from Bell Street Ventures to set up your own business, or learn how to become a contractor/go freelance.

Your Higher Education Achievement Report

When you graduate, you'll get your Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR)

Your HEAR is an extended academic transcript. It contains detailed information about your learning and achievements. Along with your degree certificate, your HEAR supports applications for employment and further study.

All graduates are issued with an electronic HEAR - find out more
